What is the difference between SPC and LVT flooring?

How much does flooring cost in Dubai?

Supplied and installed, SPC starts from around AED 85/m² and LVT from around AED 100/m², depending on the range and floor area. Floor wrapping is quoted on the job. Send your room sizes for a fixed quote.

Can you install flooring over existing tiles?

Yes. SPC and LVT are floating click-lock floors that lay over most existing hard floors once prepared, and floor wrapping is applied directly onto the existing surface.

What flooring types do you install?
